Q7: These changes were made after the site survey. Will bidders be allowed to inspect the new added equipment?
A7: No, the schedule does not allow for a 2nd onsite visit. The changes referenced were made in the Amendment 2 to substitute items already represented on the list. Any concerns related to the condition of those items should be reflected in the prices proposed.
Q8: No AWARD document has been posted (ie SF-30, SF-1449) when will you be posting the SF-30?
8A: The government anticipated issuing a competitive RFP, followed by an award sometime during the 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2016. An award synopsis will follow.
Q9: Please post the sign in list for the pre-certified list of attendees for the site survey on 2/9/2016.
A9: The sign in sheet for the on-site visit will be posted as an attachment with this amendment.
Q10: Did all attendees attend the same walk through at the same time??
A10: No. However, the lab was open and available 0900-1500 on Feb 9th to allow sufficient time for all interested bidders to participate in accordance with the posted synopsis.

Q13. A DD-254 has not been posted for this procurement, when will the DD-254 be posted?
A13. A bidding copy DD254 will be included with the RFP when it is posted to Fed Biz Ops.
Q14. Will you be posting a final amendment with the RFP?
A14. Once published, The RFP will be the governing document for this requirement. Any subsequent amendments that the Government deems necessary will be issued to it.

Q17. What will the Periods of performance be for this procurement?
A17. Government contemplates initial warranty coverage period to be 12 months from anticipated date of award and with two 12 month options.

Q20. Has any equipment broken down?
A20. Yes. The purpose of this requirement is to maintain operational, which will require the repair or replacement of broken items.
Q21. Can you wireless monitor?
A21. Per paragraph 1.8 of the sow, remote diagnostics can be ran on unclassified equipment with COR approval only. Remote diagnostics may not be run on classified machines.
