Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide incinerator cleaning services which include ash vacuuming, ash removal, ash disposal and slag removal from multiple hearth furnace (MHF) #2 at the Boat Harbor Treatment Plant (BHTP) in accordance with the attached specifications, following requirements, TCLP Analysis, terms and conditions.
