This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for one Vitec Prizm Transcoder, Brand Name or Equal. In accordance with (IAW) FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, and DFARS clause 252.204-7000, Disclosure of Information, please provide quotes for the item listed IAW the specifications provided in the attached document, Attachment 1. Quotes are due NLT 1200 pm EST, 23 August 2019.

IAW FAR 52.211-6. Brand Name or Equal. Quoters are authorized to quote brand name or equal substitutions for this requirement. To be considered for award, Quoters of "equal" products, including "equal" products of the brand name manufacturer must -

1. Meet the salient physical, functional, performance characteristic specified in Attachment 1;
2. Clearly identify the item by brand name, if any, and make or model number; and
3. Include descriptive data or information as evidence of meeting salient characteristics.

The Government will evaluate "equal" products on the basis of information furnished by the Quoter or identified in the quote, and reasonably available to the Government. The Government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote.
