The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises all United States national banks and federal savings associations (thrifts). OCC also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the OCC has four district offices plus an office in London to supervise the international activities of national banks. Bank supervision is the core activity of the agency.

The OCC is interested in identifying vendors who are capable of offering the services outlined in the draft SOW. Furthermore, the responses obtained will enable the OCC to refine the strategy for the development of this requirement in order to structure a program that will mitigate cost, schedule, and performance risks.
To assist the OCC in identifying potential sources that possess the specific expertise, capabilities and experience the OCC is requiring the following be submitted:

Submission Requirements:

1. Name of company with address, point of contact, phone, email, and website     address, if applicable.
2. CAGE Code and DUNS number
3. Contract vehicle information, if you believe the OCC can use a GWAC to obtain these services.
4. Size of business and socioeconomic status (i.e., small, small disadvantaged business, woman owned, etc.)
5. NAICs code - The Government believes the most appropriate NAICs code for this requirement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. Do you believe this is the most appropriate? If not, please suggest an alternative NAICS code.
6. Statement of capability demonstrating your firm's ability to meet the requirement in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Not to exceed 10-pages).

All questions in regards to this RFI shall be submitted in writing to Clifton Gardner, via email [email protected] no later than 12: p.m. EST, on January 30, 2017 and all answers will be posted via an amendment no later than 3-February-2017. All responses shall be submitted to Clifton Gardner, via email at [email protected] no later than 12:00 p.m. EST, on February 21, 2017.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in this response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
