The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter “DNR”) is soliciting bids to jointly fund and provide oversight and direction for a Hunter Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3) Coordinator position in Wisconsin. The purpose of this project is to form a partnership with an outside organization that is able to expand the reach of the DNR’s R3 Team and ensure effective, adaptive R3 in Wisconsin. The goals of the DNR R3 Team are to increase the number of individuals and families participating in hunting, angling, and trapping and maintain strong support for these activities in Wisconsin. This will help maintain license sales and enhance conservation funding.
