This co-location of a working production brewery will allow the students access to production scale brewing equipment for educational purposes. An optional pre-submission conference and site visit will be held at the McLafferty Annex, 1785 University Press Drive, Carbondale, Illinois on June 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM to allow Respondents to view the spaces, equipment, and to ask questions.
