Summary Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (ASDB) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified suppler (s) for Professional and Leadership Training for Having Difficult Conversations that will be used as needed to support the efforts for schoolteachers and staff. The primary goal of this project is to provide training to senior level management and to provide a trainer of trainer model so the agency can provide the training internally over the course of the next year. This Training should have a model where trainers of trainers can be developed within the agency. This training, resources and consulting should assist the agency’s leaders in making customized conversations, insights and provide choices to strengthen the agency’s climate, culture and morale of all stakeholders. ASDB currently educates over 2300 students ranging from Birth to 12th grade with special education needs from across the State of Arizona. ASDB has two campuses, the main campus is based in Tucson, and one based in Phoenix. The agency employees approximately 750 staff members.
