The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract for PMA-201 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) integrated defense and acquisition life cycle management framework located at Patuxent River, MD. This acquisition is a bridge effort for continued contract support until the competitive follow-on contract is awarded. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide up to six (6) months of continued program management, acquisition management, technical, security and administrative services in support of PMA-201 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) integrated defense acquisition life cycle management framework. The period of performance for this effort will be 1 August 2014 through 28 February 2015. The primary place of performance is Patuxent River, MD. Any responses must be received by 2:00 EST on 20 June 2014. Responses may be emailed to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on any responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no written response is received within fifteen days, a contract may be issued without further notice.
