The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified business sources technically capable of providing the following:

Water, Amplification Grade, 6,250ul (5 X 1,250ul)
Water, Amplification Grade, 6,250ul (5 X 1,250ul)
Swab Solution(TM) Kit

Quantify total human and human male DNA over a wide dynamic range (at least 0.0032ng - 50ng).

Compatible with the Applied Bio Systems 7500 real time PCR quantification instrument.

Must have an internal positive control for the detection of PCR inhibitors.

Contains an internal PCR control to test false-negative results that may occur in the presence of PCR inhibitors and melt curve function to confirm that the correct product was amplified. Optimized for use on the Applied Bio Systems 7500 and 7500 Fast real-time PCR systems, which USACIL employees for DNA analysis.

Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail.
