MOD. 1 TO RFP.

The purposes of this RFTOP Amendment are to:

1.  Extend the due date for proposals submission from August 20, 2009 to September 8, 2009;

2.  Modify section "C - Description/Specifications" to incorporate additional information;

3.  Modify Section "L -  Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders" to add Technical Approach sections, as well as to correct section numbering;

4.  Incorporate the "Questions and Answers" document that comprises USAID's response to all questions submitted by the prospective offerors for the above indicated in the RFP.
