Solicitation N00421-16-T-0239 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Suburban Propone, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The requirement is to support COMFRX Enterprise. The request for the propane refill is limited to Suburban as they own the propane tanks located on site thus they are the only company that can refill the tanks.

This notice is intent to Suburban Propane.

Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government will not pay for any information received
