2.  Protein Simle, PN:S- Ella- Plat, Ella Platinum Service Plan,  Qty 12/mos after award of contract.  This 12 month service plan must  provide unlimted on-site service and includes one preventative maintenance visit for the ELLA system. Includes one verification cartridge swap to be provided at time of PM. This plan provides all parts, labor, and travel required for repairs.
