This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order to Michelle Kennedy, 306 Commonwealth, Alexandria, Va. 22301 to provide forty seven weeks of the following services, five days a week, Monday through Friday for forty hours each week a total of 1880 hours: protocol manager Preparation and execution of contracts, budgets, hiring documents (i.e. statement of duties), annual research reports, as well as policies and procedures, Space and property management. Adherence to the ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for research involving human subjects including preparation of documents for review as appropriate. Assist in the following areas: Monitoring study progress, developing a working knowledge of these data sources, and applying this knowledge to statistical analyses. Implementing detailed project-specific data preparation tasks including file construction, data quality evaluation, and internal consistency checks. Assisting with preparation of reports of substantive results for review including an assessment of the adequacy and quality of data used in the analyses, Produce meaningful tables, charts, and graphs using Microsoft Office or comparable software. Contributing to manuscript writing as appropriate, assist in the exercise and educational interventions related to the trial, assist with exercise testing and other data collection methods such as questionnaires, 6-minute walk tests, and others. Interact with other section and departmental members via meetings and committees as assigned, works as a team member to implement section and departmental objectives, assist with patient recruitment, enrollment, and informed consent, Perform additional duties as assigned in the (RMD) Rehabilitation Medicine Department at The National Institutes of Health in Bethesda Maryland. This sole source award is in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. FAR Part 6 does not apply to this acquisition. Michelle Kennedy is experienced in the area of administrative protocol management. The Government believes that Michelle Kennedy is uniquely qualified to provide these services.
