1. Background and Need:

1. The Division Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS), of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), is seeking the procurement of Pharmaceuticals.

The mission of the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) is to deliver critical medical assets to the site of a national emergency. DSNS achieves this mission by operating and maintaining the ASPR Strategic National Stockpile (SNS).

The DSNS provides technical assistance through guidance and training to state and local public health departments on how to receive, distribute, and dispense medical supplies. When SNS assets are combined with federal, state, and LOCAL TECHNICAL EXPERTISE TO MANAGE AND DISTRIBUTE THEM EFFICIENTLY, ITS HELPS ENSURE THAT KEY MEDICAL SUPPLIES ARE AVAILABLE DURING EMERGENCIES.
 

Dose Vial NDC #: 60977-141-01. ShelFLIFE 30 Months.

1. Must be able to provide: 581 cases during the FY21 period of performance (PoP). Each case must have one (1) lot number per case with 276 Vials per case. Upon delivery shelf life must be no less than 30 months. Must be able to stagger the deliveries to prevent the cases (581) from having the same expiration date. A delivery of 250 cases will be needed within the first two months after the award and the remaining QTY at eight (8) months after the award.
2. Must have listed on each case/inner boxes/vials: product description, lot #, expiration date, NDC, dosage information, product storage information. The outer case label must be visible on all four (4) sides of the product.
3. Must be full cases, no partial cases.
4. All deliveries must have packing slips on each delivered pallet and each pallet must be a heat-treated pallet. Each packing slip at a minimum must have contract #, lot #, product description, product delivery QTY and UOM.
