The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Providence Park Restroom Site Construction. The general scope of work will consist of site work in preparation for a prefabricated restroom building. The Contractor will be responsible for layout, clearing, and grading of the site. Other responsibilities consist of pulling a septic permit and septic installation, water meter and waterline service installation, installing all underground utilities (excluding electrical), and stone base in preparation of the restroom installation. Contractor will also pour 5’ sidewalk around the building and connect it to the adjacent asphalt trail. The Contractor is responsible for all items called out in the plans.
