The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to design and construct a prefabricated restroom at Providence Park. Providence Park is located at 13440 Providence Park Drive, Milton, GA 30009. All aspects of the construction and design shall be included in the proposal such as but not limited to plumbing, electrical, septic, etc. The City of Milton has been awarded a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant from the State of Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the construction of the restrooms. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all federal grant requirements. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
