Notice of Intent for Sole Source
Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 2304, the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office - Central (RHCO-C), San Antonio, TX, intends to issue a sole source award to the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. to purchase full services for one Provue Analyzer and two Vistros 350. This contract will be supporting William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX. Ortho Clinical is the only organization that can provide the services for the Analyzers owned by WBAMC. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
