This is special notice is in accordance with FAR 5.205 (c ) utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1 DFARS PGI 206.302 1 (d). This is the only notice and no formal solicitation will be issued for this requirement. DLA Contracting Services Office at Fort Belvoir, VA (DCSO-F) has a requirement to procure proxy cards that contain chips that are readable for accessing Access Control System points at DLA and Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA).  In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). If no other sources of supply are available, award will be made to Johnson Controls.
