The Pennsylvania State Police Tactical Mounted Section is issuing this IFB as PSP is currently in need of four (4) mounts/horses. The purpose of this document is to provide vendors basic information needed for quoting prices for these mounts. Questions are due in writing via email to [email protected] no later than 2/24/2023. These specifications and quantities are set forth for all related products and services. This is a no substitute IFB for the specifications listed. The Reciprocal Limitations Act and Worker Protection Form must be completed and submitted with your bid. All bids must be submitted electronically through the PA Supplier Portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. No other form of submission will be permitted.
