The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-12-023-REL to acquire a contract Psychiatrist for the Fort Belknap Service Unit, PHS Indian Health Center, Harlem, Montana. The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR Subpart 37.4, Nonpersonal Health Care Services Contract (10 U.S.C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253).

The IHS intends to award a fixed-price purchase order in response to the RFQ. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. The solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54.
