Description:
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number F3C2MX2226A002 is being issued as a request for quotation.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60.
(iv) This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 with a size standard not to exceed 500 personnel (U.S.)
(v) Information concerning the contract line item numbers and items, description of services, dates and place of delivery are included on the attached Request for Quotation.
(vi) Item will be shipped to Minot AFB, ND 58705.
(vii) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on Best Value to the Government.
(viii) Offerors are reminded to complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer.
(ix) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
(x) Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable: 52.219-6, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 19, 21, 26, 36, 50, and 52.232-33.

(xii) All offerors must submit a quote by 4:30 pm Central Standard Time on Thursday, 10 September 2012. Quotes received after that time may not be considered.
