The City of Green Bay is seeking artistic sculptures, amenities and/or landforms that will enhance and complement the new updates taking place at Farlin Park located at 1137 Vanderbraak Street, Green Bay. Artwork must be vibrant and timeless and make a fun and whimsical statement. The City is offering suggestions to be incorporated into the design, but is leaning on the artists creativity to bring the “blank canvas” at Farlin Park to life.
