PUBLIC NOTICE Antioch Township Road District Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the office of the ANTIOCH TOWNSHIP HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 933 Bartlett Ave, Antioch, IL 60002 until 9:00 A.M. July 13, 2021, for furnishing the following materials: Sawing of Various Locations Removal and Disposal of Materials Repaving of Locations Specifications provided by Antioch Township Highway epartment. Proposals will be read at 9:00 A.M. July 13, 2021 at Antioch Township Highway Dept office. Proposals shall be addressed in a sealed envelope to: Eric Ring, Antioch Township Highway Commissioner, 933 Bartlett Ave, Antioch, IL, 60002 and shall be marked "Antioch Township Highway Department 2021 Road Repairs." Further information regarding the letting may be obtained by contacting the Highway Commissioner at (847) 395-2070. The Antioch Township Highway Department, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
