The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole-source Award under the authority of FAR 6.302, to Straight Line Publishing LLC for publishing ATF phone numbers in 1,065 Directories; the projected amount is $70,430. CaseWare has exclusive publishing rights with major publishers.
