The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement to Purchase Media in Communities and Sub-Markets to Reach a Diverse Population.  FEMA intends to award a hybrid (Firm Fixed-Price and Time and Material) task order in accordance with procedures identified in FAR Part 15 & 8.404 to the contractor representing the best value to the Government. 

This RFQ will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside.  No additional information will be provided at this time however all information and instructions will be included in the offiical Request for Quotes once released.  The official Request for Quotes will be advertised on http://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/.
