The Government is seeking contractor support to purchase 100 Milligrams of Butyrylcholinesterase Antibody needed by the Emergency Response Branch (ERB). The purpose of this requirement is to restore the CDC's reagents on hand to maintain agency readiness. The ERB has developed several highly-specific and sensitive methods that require the highest quality reagents to meet CLIA specifications. Many of these methods rely on the specificity and reproducibility of the BioPorto Butyrylcholinesterase antibody. It is critical that subject matter experts on methodology development within the ERB have the ability to contact the antibody development experts at BioPorto directly to ensure proper steps were taken for quality control. Purchasing this specific product ensures the ERB's continuity of branch methodology and continual adherence to CLIA standards.
