To furnish and deliver anionic polymer to Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) wastewater treatment facilities located at 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley and 22212 Brookhurst Street, Huntington Beach, meeting the minimum performance criteria specified for the OCSD’s bench-scale testing with a demonstrated ability to supply the polymer satisfactorily to OCSD. All Bidders shall PRE-QUALIFY by (Sample Submittals due by 2:00 P.M. PT on March 29, 2011): 1. Meeting the minimum performance criteria specified by OCSD’s bench-scale testing. 2. Demonstrate the ability to supply the polymer satisfactorily to the OCSD. All candidate polymers shall be of liquid form in order to be compatible with OCSD’s polymer handling facilities. Bidders may test more than one anionic polymer sample, but they shall submit a maximum of two (2) samples for OCSD bench scale testing.
