THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is a notice of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) intent to solicit and award a sole source procurement under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The purpose of the requirement is to purchase the following equipment from KBA-Giori S.A.;
•Laser, CTP-1309
•GTS CountMaster Counter, Type 1004 Special version 1804 with arcnet
•Inverted sheet detector and related installation expenses

The anticipated amount of award is approximately $200,000.00. The BEP intends to make an award to KBA-Giori S.A., Avenue Du Grey 55, P.O. Box 347 Lausanne, Switzerland.

A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their ability to provide the aforementioned equipment.
