Any quotation received past the date and time will not be accepted. Please indicate, on the attached bid sheet, unit prices for the materials your company can supply. Please specify number of days to deliver after receipt of purchase order. The quantities listed are estimated quantities. The City may elect to purchase more or fewer than the estimated quantity according to needs and budget limitations.
