NOTICE TO BIDDERS Informal written price quotations will be received in the office of Brad Bentsen, Horticulture Manager, on September 17, 2013 until 11:00 AM at the Parks and Recreation Office, 1000 South Ware Road, McAllen, Texas, 78501, fax number (956) 681-3300, for the purpose of: Purchase and installation of Texas Sabal Palms for South Ware Road The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all quotations and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the quotations considered the best and most advantageous to the City. Any quotation received past the date and time will not be accepted. Please indicate, on the attached bid sheet, unit prices for the materials your company can supply. Please specify number of days to deliver after receipt of purchase order. The quantities listed are estimated quantities. The City may elect to purchase more or fewer than the estimated quantity according to needs and budget limitations. All quotations must be FOB, City of McAllen, Parks and Recreation Department, 1000 South Ware Road, McAllen, Texas, 78501. No additional freight charges will be accepted. Worker's Compensation, General and Auto Liability and Umbrella Excess Insurance will be required on all deliveries as per City of McAllen Standard Insurance Requirements.
