This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply replacement devices for the current fleet of multifunctional devices (MFDs) throughout the City. Expertise to access and provide best value printing needs for the City, right size the feet, installation of devices, as well as regular service and maintenance will be required of the successful vendor. Implementation of a print management system to track and control the cost and environmental impact of printing may also be explored with the successful vendor. The City seeks to partner with a qualified vendor that achieves stated environmental objectives and is installed and maintained to achieve maximum fiscal and environmental efficiencies to the City, including through optimal equipment efficiency settings and user training. Objectives and additional information is delineated in the Project Scope and Specifications. The City currently utilizes three (3) Xerox WorkCentre 7220, twenty-two (22) Xerox WorkCentre 7845, one (1) Xerox Versant 80 Press, one (1) Xerox D125 and one (1) Xerox Color C70.
