Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests.  The only approved source for this item is Goodrich Corporation, Cage 99551.  Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation.  This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract.  The requirement is for 12 each, New Cumberland, PA (PRLI 0001).  FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.  The required delivery is 350 days ARO.  PIPPRS applies.
