If you are interested in this solicitation, please follow the instructions in of the solicitation document, complete the required portions of the SF 1449, and submit your quote to the Contracting Officer, via [email protected]. Only quotes sent to [email protected] .will be accepted. Please do not send your bids to any other email address.

While sending your quotes via email, the subject line should be: RFQ # PR5476242 _ Supply and delivery of 10 used Toyota Hilux (Contractor's Name). Please ensure that your subject line follows this format. If it does not comply with above format, your bid will NOT be accepted.

The deadline for receipt of the quotations is Saturday September 10, 2016 at 12:00pm hours (Eastern Time):. No quotation will be accepted after this time.

The U.S. Embassy intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award the contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need.
