STATEMENT OF WORK

PURPOSE:

The Quantum Devices Group is in the process of moving the existing cleanroom from Building 1 Wing 1 to the new Building 81. The systems that were in the old cleanroom in Building 1 are being relocated in the new cleanroom. Because of the early shut down of all of the systems, there was a miscommunication as to the amount of pure gold that was left in the system for the evaporation of metals. The new location will be up soon and there will be a need to bring the evaporator back on-line. In order to be able to confirm the continued success of the evaporator, there is a need to have Gold pellets available for addition to the source. We are currently out of gold and need to order more.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
