Contractor to provide acupuncture services to VA beneficiaries. Contractor to provide technically qualified, experienced, and accredited acupuncturist for patients with chronic pain. Contractor to provide services four (4) days per week, eight (8) hours per day totalling 32 hours per week excluding holidays. Contractor is responsiblie for aherance to regulatory and accreditation guidelines and show evidence of compliance with appropriate state and federal laws and regulations including but not limited to ALL JCAHO requirements. Contractor will provide annual statement certifying that the contractor's employee(s) meets all applicable license, credential,education and performance requirements.
