The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor Healthcare System, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with the Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter, 1331 N. Wheeling Street, Suite 2, Toledo, Ohio, 43605. The proposed basic ordering agreement is for adult day health care services to be furnished to beneficiaries for whom such care is specifically authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2).
