The VA Medical Center, Leeds, MA is seeking the services of an Audiologist for two (2) eight (8) hour clinics per week to provide audiological evaluations. The contractor to perform the services shall be certified and licensed in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. The Audiologist shall be proficient in spoken and written English in accordance with Public Law 95-201. Note this is a Small Business Set-aside. Solicitation package should be available on the BOS on or around 1/10/05.
