Project Description: The work includes Three (3) Phases: Phase 1 includes obtaining a geotechnical soil study to confirm the parameters of the existing design provided by NPS. Phase 2 includes the replacement of the 2¿ concrete slab cast in place on the south main entrance of the bathhouse building and build an ADA, ABA ramp located on the south section area of the Bath House building. Phase 3 includes the replacement of the 2¿ concrete slab cast in place, retaining walls and stairs located at the Northside of the bathhouse building on West Beach and build/construct new retaining walls and stairs, to include handrails.
