The Contractor shall provide a Medical Radiation Physics/Dosimetry Service preparation of a permanent prostate seed implant plan to eligible Department of Veterans Affairs beneficiaries of the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco, CA. Services to include brachytherapy dose pre-plan dosimetry (estimate one hour per case) and brachytherapy dose post-plan dosimetry (estimate one hour per case). The solicitation package will be available o/a June 1, 2006 and may be accessed at the following website:http://vsearch1.fbo.gov/servlet/SearchServlet .This is a non-restrictive commercial item procurement.
