Contractor to provide the following Cardiac Stress Tests to Veteran Patients: 1) Exercise Treadmill Test (ECG) CPT Codes 93015-93024 2) Exercise Thallium Tests CPT Codes 78460-78465, 78478, 78480, 78484, 90784 (Both Nuclear Exams) 3) Persantine Thallium Tests (Adenosine Acceptable) Tests to be performed within 72 hours of request with results to be made available to the VANJHCS within 48 hours of completion. Results to be faxed upon transcription to VANJHCS Cardiology Office. A written and signed report, floppy (test analysis) disc, an image on CD-ROM disc are to be provided within 48 hours. If patient is considered to be critically ill by the site cardiologist, the results will be communicated to the VANJHCS Cardiologist immediately. The Contracted Facility will schedule all stress tests through patient information provided by the VANJHCS.
