The scope of this procurement is for Cryoablation services and supplies for the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Contractor shall be responsible for providing the Cryoablation unit, Certified technician, and necessary supplies to assist in Cryoablation procedures.
The resultant contract will be a single award, firm fixed price (FFP) contract for a base period of 1 year, plus 4 one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued at the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov) on/about December 29, 2017. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621999 Other Medical Services with a small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. Contract award will be based upon the best value to the government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 & 13.5.
This procurement is an unrestricted solicitation. In order to be considered for award, prospective Offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.11 they shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in SAM prior to award of a contract. SAM is located at http://www.sam.gov and consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO cost to use SAM.
