Sources Sought: This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 621492, Kidney Dialysis Centers, Size Standard 34.5 Million. The Network Contracting Activity at Syracuse (VISN 2) is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide chronic hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services to eligible beneficiaries. The contractor will be responsible to furnish medical facilities, clinical providers, equipment supplies and administrative functions. Service locations are needed in the following geographic locations – Onondaga county, Oswego county, Cayuga County, Broome county, St. Lawrence county, Cortland/Tompkins county, Oneida county and Jefferson county. The Government anticipates awarding multiple contracts. Responses to this sources sought notice must include the following information. (2) Type of business such as 8(a), small business, Hub Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, service disabled Veteran owned small business, Veteran owned small business or large business.
