The VA Medical Center, 421 North Main Street, Leeds MA is seeking the services of a Echocardiography Service to provide a Technician to perform 2D & M-Mode and Pulsed Doppler Color Doppler HDI 5000 (Government-owned equipment) and the services of a Cardiologist to interpret the results of the procedures. The frequency shall be 1-2 times per week. The Cardiologist will also provide consulting and follow up, Holter monitor interpretation and EKG and rhythm strip interpretation using the MUSE system. The Technician shall be certified and the Cardiologist licensed in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. Contract time period shall run from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 with four 1 year options. Note: This is a small business Set-aside. Solicitation package are available on 5/18/2007.
