The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for Electroencephalography (EEG) procedures. The contractor agrees to provide health care resources at VA Palo Alto Health Care System located at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. In accordance with the requirements of FAR subpart 16.504 the Government will order and the contractor will furnish services at a minimum of one Electroencephalography (EEG) procedure and a maximum of 20 procedures per year.
