The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed, Non-personal service purchase order for ENT Consultation Services and ENT Surgery at the Rosebud I.H.S. Hospital at Rosebud, South Dakota. The period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Requests for RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax or email and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication, which will be August 12, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is August 29, 2005.
