The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal service purchase order for ENT Consultation Services and ENT Surgery Services at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota. Services are one day per month. The period of performance will be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately 15 days AFTER the date of this publication.
