The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo NY 14215 and Albany Stratton VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Ave., Albany NY 12208, intend to solicit for and award a firm fixed-price contract for Medical Laboratory Testing Services. The base period of performance for this contract would be from 1/1/2014 - 9/30/2014 with 4 possible option years.
