This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested.
Solicitation number 36C263-18-R-0595 is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP).
The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award for all resources and labor necessary to provide onsite Gastroenterology Services for the VA Central Iowa Health Care System located at 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, IA 50310.
This procurement is unrestricted.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
