The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm-Fixed Price, Small Business Set-Aside Purchase Order for "Hemo-Dialysis Services" at the Rosebud, PHS, IHS, Hosptial in Rosebud, South Dakota. Period of performance will be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This is a Small Business Set-Aside purchase order. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax or email and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 9, 2006. The closing date of this RFQ package is September 1, 2006.
