The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed price Non-Personal service purchase order for Hemo-Dialysis Services at the Rosebud, PHS, IHS, Indian Hospital in Rosebud, South Dakota. The period of performance will be December 10, 2005 through September 30, 2006. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be November 16, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is December 1, 2005.
